Mexican pizza

I love international cuisine, and while Mexican isn’t my favorite, I really like Mexican pizza.

Maybe it’s because we’re just putting in a ici-tiny chili here at the Fairy Kitchen and not so strong that I have to think twice about whether I want to get the next bite.

Maybe it’s because the ground beef, bean stew is reminiscent of funny western movies.

Maybe because I like corn and cheese in all their quantities.
